Order Processing

We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are handled on the next working day.

• Major cities: 2–4 business days

• Other areas: 3–7 business days

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on All Orders
  There are no minimum order requirements. Every order from DailyShop.pk is shipped free of charge.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an SMS or email with your tracking number. You can check your order status on the courier’s website.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. DailyShop.pk is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us within 48 hours and provide photos or proof. We will assist with a replacement or solution.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available nationwide. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order.
